If you are not satisfied with the products or equipment you purchased online through our web site we accept returns or exchanges for any Kett Cosmetics products upon receiving your items within 14 days of the PURCHASE DATE and ACCOMPANIED by its original receipt. When returning makeup, simply return the unused portion of the product and we will gladly refund the full amount of the purchase price of the product. When returning equipment, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to return the items in satisfactory condition via courier service with tracking number. We regret that we do not refund shipping costs with the return. If you prefer, you may exchange the product for other Kett Cosmetic products. When exchanging or returning items, please include the original packing slip noting the items being exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange.
