MUSE BEAUTY, LLC, the parent company of ESUM Cosmetics and Kett Cosmetics (MUSE and its subsidiaries, collectively, the “Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customer's personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how the Company collects, uses, discloses, transfers, stores, retains, or otherwise processes your information when you apply or sign up for our products and services through our Websites (defined below).

Our Websites may include links to websites operated and maintained by third parties. Please note that we have no control over the privacy practices of websites that we do not own. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of those third parties.

By calling the Company telephone numbers, you consent to having the telephone call monitored and recorded.

We contract with third parties to place advertisements for our products and services and employment opportunities on websites that are not our own. We place these ads where we think they are likely to be most relevant. These advertisements on third-party websites allow us to track responses to our ads. We and our affiliates use this information to track the performance of our advertising and marketing campaigns by using tools like cookies, web beacons and similar technologies. We use these tools to collect and store information about your visits, page visits and duration, and the specific ad or link that the user clicked on to visit the Websites.

You may opt out of receiving promotional messages from the Company by following the instructions in those messages or by informing the caller that you would not like to receive future promotional calls. You may also submit your request to the contact information provided below. 

You may opt out of cookies and automated technologies and third-party web analytics services as described above.    

If you need further assistance regarding your rights, please contact us using the email above and we will consider your request in accordance with applicable law. For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before responding to your request, such as verifying that the email address from which you send the request matches your email address that we have on file.  If we no longer need to process personal information about you in order to provide our services or our Websites, we will not maintain, acquire, or process additional information in order to identify you for the purpose of responding to your request.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS – RIGHT TO KNOW, Direct Marketing and “Do Not Track” Signals

California residents have the right to request access to (also referred to as the “Right to Know”) the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request deletion of their personal information; and the right to opt out of any sales of personal information that may be occurring. You may submit the above requests, or request deletion of information, by following the steps outlined in the “Your Choices Regarding Your Information” section above. 

We do not discriminate against California residents who exercise any of their rights described in our privacy policy. We do not sell any personal information.

The Company does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your browser may include controls to block and delete cookies, web beacons and similar technologies, to allow you to opt out of data collection through those technologies.

California residents are entitled to contact us to request information about whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.  The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY 

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the “Effective Date” above. The revised version will be effective on the “Effective Date” listed. If you continue to use our Websites, products and services or apply for employment with the Company, you consent to any amendment of this policy. We encourage you to periodically review this policy to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
